Short-Workshops
Pema will be running short introductory courses every month; 12 hours over 4 days, each 1 week apart.

Foundation Course
Introductory courses can be expanded to a 100 hour-long foundation course.

Course Cost: $550
Time: To be agreed upon.
The Foundation Course can be used as a starting point for the next Practitioner Course, or just for
personal interest.
