From concentration to Meditation

Between the first breath we take and the last breath we release, the question of the meaning of
life often surfaces, haunting us at times.

In our attempt to answer this question and align ourselves with our purpose in life, we pick up
tools and skills as help along the way…Some are useless others helpful.

'In oneself lies the whole world and if you know how to look and learn, then the door is there and
the key is in your hand. Nobody on earth can give you either the key or the door to open, except
yourself.' Krishnamurti in 'You are the World'.

This workshop does not provide answers, but offers a simple technique to help the seeker
remain centered as they sail through the web of emotions (such as anger, fear, anxiety,
depression, sadness, etc.) or emotional upheavals.

Staying centered through emotional upheaval, leaves you with greater intuition, improved focus
and concentration, increased personal self awareness, lower stress levels, increased ability to
deal with what ever comes at you from the world calmly and clearly. More relaxation spells,
become more centered and more peaceful.

As emotional beings, emotions play a major challenge along the course of gaining mastery of
your emotional landscape. As you traverse the path to self-realization, this practice acts as a
bridge crossing between mental concentration, meditation and self-realization.

This is where this ‘I AM’ meditation practice comes into play.
As you attempt to move from concentration, a function of the mind towards meditation-a state of
no-mind, the seeker the ‘I AM’ meditation technique acts as a key to acknowledge and push on
through the array of emotions, passing phases, fluctuations, swings and constant change.

Once this is realized, positive affirmations, self development and any personal growth practice
begin to take on a new meaning with results quickly manifesting.
